Once you place your order on chnagallery.com, you will receive an email to confirm your order.
All orders will ship within 7 business days from when the order is placed. All orders have trackable shipping, and you should receive an email including your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you do not receive your tracking number please contact us using the form on the CONTACT page.

RETURNS
Since each print is signed, numbered and printed to order, orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.

If your product arrives damaged, please provide details of the damage by replying to your confirmation email immediately, please include a photo showing evidence of the damage.
